It may sound strange and a little surreal, but petai ice-cream is now a reality.
“We didn’t actually plan to make this, but through conversations with staff, we were going over the idea of putting something very different into ice-cream and we came up with this idea and ran with it, ” says Lous Looi, the brand’s operations manager.
