When the Covid-19 pandemic first hit last March, Malaysians had to very quickly realign their lives with the new realities in place.

Since then, there has been an ebb and flow in terms of the pandemic itself, but one facet of the new normal has become permanently entrenched in the local landscape: food delivery.
