When the pandemic and the ensuing movement control order hit last year, long-time friends Michelle Leong and Tengku Azaro quickly saw their year-old catering business crumble, as parties and events became verboten.

The two – who trained as chefs at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu – had to quickly think on their feet and utilise their skills to create something altogether new.
