Signature Market opens in IOI City Mall

The new Signature Market in IOI Mall, Putrajaya.

Signature Market, leading online marketplace for organic products, opened its first retail outlet in the Klang Valley as part of the brand’s mission to make healthy living more accessible to Malaysians.

The outlet is located at IOI City Mall in Putrajaya and is the first mobile-enabled retail outlet in the Klang Valley.

This expansion is part of Signature Market’s strategy to continue to expand its online-merge-offline experience. To enhance the retail experience, Signature Market has invested in Electronic Shelf Labels to sync online website prices with its physical store.

Customers can also instal the Signature Market mobile app to navigate the store and get full details of the products and extra promotions corresponding to their membership tier. With the Signature Market app, customers can track their purchases online and offline, collect points, upgrade their membership tier and discover special coupons available for redemption.

Signature Market will also be offering its customers an additional 20% off their entire in-store purchase, to encourage app downloads and membership.

This exclusive voucher is valid for new and existing members, and can be redeemed at the IOI City Mall outlet from May 15 to June 14, 2023. Although the additional discount of 20% is only applicable for in-store purchases, customers can be assured that the prices of all products will align and tally with the official website, ensuring consistency across all channels.

In conjunction with the launch of the store, Signature Market has collaborated with Fujifilm Malaysia Instax to incorporate a “polaroid” film photo concept into its new store.

During the store’s opening month, Signature Market will be rewarding one top spender per day with a unit of Instax mini 11 and one unit of Instax mini 10s film pack. There are a total of 15 units of each item available, so customers will have a chance to win throughout the opening month.
