KL culinary event in Sept set to draw F&B professionals


Culinaire Malaysia serves as a platform for culinary talents to showcase and refine their skills.

THE highly anticipated culinary event Culinaire Malaysia 2023 (CM2023) is set to return in full force this year.

The 16th edition will be held from Sept 19 to 22 at Hall 8 of Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur.

Held in conjunction with Food and Hotel Malaysia 2023, Culinaire Malaysia is endorsed by the World Association of Chefs Societies and the International Food and Beverages Association.

It serves as a platform for culinary talents to showcase and refine their skills.

The event is expected to draw in more than 1,000 chefs, bartenders, food and beverage personnel from hotels and restaurants, students of culinary academies and apprentices from various parts of the world.

Registration for CM2023 is now open.

Participants can choose from a total of 35 classes to showcase their culinary skills.

To register, participants can access the event rule book on the official website and fill in the provided form.

Online registration is also available on the website.

CM2023 is also open and accessible to the general public with an entry ticket priced at RM10.

Visitors can secure their entry by purchasing the tickets on-site at a dedicated booth in front of Hall 8 or skip the queue by pre-purchasing tickets on the website.

CM2023 promises to be an experience for everyone who has passion and appreciation for good food and their preparation.
