Deepavali buffet brimming with options


The buffet dinner at Nook in Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral is available from Nov 9 to 12.

THIS Deepavali, there is an extravagant buffet dinner being held at Nook in Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral.

Diners will be pleased with the wide selection.

They can start their feast at the Indian salad section. It offers tangy Chana Chat Masala Salad, a funky twist on Paneer Kofta Salad and a tantalising Chicken Tikka Salad.

Seafood fans can head to the seafood counter offering fresh prawns, bamboo clams, crabs, scallops and mussels.

The tandoori corner also has its fair share of delights.

There are tandoori-grilled naan, succulent Chicken Tandoori and flavourful Lamb Kebab, all complemented by a variety of chutneys including mint, garlic yoghurt, mango pickles and lime pickles.

The pani puri counter has options such as chicken, mutton and potato to be paired with refreshing mint and turmeric juices, palm sugar and mixed muruku.

At the poriyal station are fried favourites such as bawal and kembong and Chicken 65.

The carving station features slow-cooked lamb marinated in a spicy masala, served alongside tandoori- marinated vegetables and mint yoghurt.

Other highlights include Hyderabad Briyani, Mutton Varuval, Masala Chicken Curry, Sri Lankan Fish Curry, and Snake Gourd Kootu.

Conclude the dining experience with a delightful selection of Deepavali sweets including rasagula, ladoo, adhirasam, gajar ka halwa, payasam and muruku.Nook’s Deepavali buffet dinner is available from Nov 9 to 12, from 6pm to 10pm.

The dinner is priced at RM148nett per person.
