CRYSTAL Crown Hotel Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is laying out quite a spread for Ramadan.

It includes highlights such as Roast Lamb with a crispy, herb-infused crust accompanied by sides such as corn and chickpeas.

Also look out for the Sup Tulang broth that is simmered to perfection, Nasi Arab Mandy, Salmon Fish Curry and nasi briyani infused with aromatic spices.

The lemang station offers a variety including lemang jagung, a twist on the classic recipe.

The lemang is accompanied by serunding and rendang.

Also available are bubur lambuk with local herbs and spices, Sup Gearbox as well as an array of noodles and hot dishes.

The dining experience ends with a variety of Malay desserts.

The buffet, served at the hotel’s Brass Cafe Coffee House, is available until April 8.

It is priced at RM148 per adult and RM79 per child.
