DISCERNING diners have the option of the Ramadan spread at Nobu Kuala Lumpur.

Themed “Sundown Spread”, the festive menu of this globally renowned modern Japanese restaurant offers its most luxurious creations.

“We wanted to create an experience that celebrates the traditions of this special month as well as offers a unique and sumptuous dining experience,” said Nobu Kuala Lumpur head chef Philip Leong.

“‘Sundown Spread’ is a reflection of our commitment to crafting dishes that tell culinary stories, and I am proud of my team for exemplifying this,” he added.

Nobu Kuala Lumpur head sushi chef Renante Dominguez said, “We are proud to present a selection of the restaurant’s sushi bar items that seamlessly blend convention and creativity.

“I am confident guests will be enchanted by the flavours and textures we’ve brought to the table,” said Dominguez.

The Cold Station presents tasting options meticulously crafted to delight the senses.

It includes Nobu classic Yellowtail Jalapeno, White Fish Dry Miso, Tuna Tataki Matsuhisa Dressing plus a range of traditional Nobu sushi selections.

The Hot Selection offers Umami Chicken Wings, Mushroom Taco with Tosazu Truffle and Tiger Shrimp Tempura.

For the choice of one main course per person, guests can choose either Snapper with Black Bean Sauce or A3 Wagyu with Pineapple Aji Amarillo Salsa.

End the meal on a sweet note at the Dessert Station, featuring a selection of treats such as Green Tea Coconut Mochi, Miso Butter and Kaya Macaron and Pistachio Praline Mousse Brownie.

The Nobu Kuala Lumpur Sundown Spread is priced at RM450++ per person, and is only available this Monday and Tuesday from 7pm to 10pm.
