Enjoy premium beef in various ways at KL Japanese restaurant this month

Kazuma’s menu this month celebrates premium beef.

A celebration of premium beef is taking place at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Kazuma Japanese Restaurant is presenting its Gyu Beef Feast and the menu features dishes that highlight the rich flavours and unparalleled quality of fine beef.

Highlights in this month’s menu are Gyu Aburi Nigiri Sushi, priced at RM40nett.

Diners can experience the melt-in-your-mouth texture of seared beef on seasoned sushi rice, complemented by traditional Japanese flavours.

There is also Gyu Carpaccio (RM65nett) which features thin slices of premium seasoned beef, artfully arranged with refreshing vegetable toppings and drizzled with yakiniku sauce.

This dish is a refreshing and elegant appetiser that highlights the natural tenderness and flavour of the beef.

Niku Innaniwa Udon Soup (RM70nett) is a comforting and hearty dish that combines the rich, savoury flavours of tender beef slices with the delicate texture of Innaniwa udon noodles.

Grilled to perfection, the Beef Teppanyaki (RM80nett) is served with a trio of sauces – sesame vinegar, spicy miso and whole grain mustard – allowing diners to enjoy the beef’s juicy flavours in a variety of ways.

Kazuma is located on the first floor of Concorde Hotel, Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur.
