IT IS that time of year when mooncakes beckon.
In celebrating the Mid-Autum Festival, Hilton Kuala Lumpur is presenting options such as Low Sugar Pure Lotus Paste, White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk, Red Bean Paste with Almond Flakes and Pandan Lotus Paste with Single Yolk.
Known for its artisanal snow skin mooncakes, the hotel’s pastel and bright hued treats are pleasing to the eyes and taste buds.

So has the popular Heavenly Gold Pure Musang King Durian Snow Skin mooncake.
This year’s signature snow skin mooncake is the Blooming Peony.
It features a blend of lotus paste, pumpkin lava and custard with pumpkin seeds.
There is also the delicate Flower Drum and Blue Moon with Amaretto Lotus Paste with Blueberry Cheese Feuillantine, which is reminiscent of creamy blueberry cheesecake.
This year, the hotel has collaborated with artist Jaemy C, who is known for combining traditional calligraphy and contemporary art in his works.
