HOMEGROWN restaurant Sepiring, known for its authentic Malaysian offerings, turns nine this year.
To celebrate, the chain has organised activities across Klang Valley throughout October.
These include surprise house visits and fan get-togethers to thank diners for their support.
Since opening its doors, Sepiring has served nostalgic dishes such as Nyonya Nasi Ulam Platter and Penang Rojak made with a modern twist.
Sepiring’s menu reflects the country’s diverse and vibrant culinary heritage, from classic Hainanese Chicken Rice to seasonal delights like Coconut Cendol Cooler.
“Our journey over the past nine years has been built on a passion for bringing people together through food,” said TCRS Restaurants Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Wong Kah Yong.
“Sepiring is more than just a place to eat – it’s a space where communities connect over meals that feel like home.
“As we celebrate this anniversary, we’re not just reflecting on our past but looking ahead to a future where we will continue to share Malaysia’s rich flavours with even more people.”
In conjunction with the anniversary, Sepiring staff made surprise visits to housing areas in Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya and Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
The restaurant’s signature Nyonya Nasi Ulam Platter and Yam Cake were presented during these visits, to allow families to enjoy Sepiring’s best in their own homes.
To give back to their customers and sedapZ loyalty app members, Sepiring will host a fan get-together.
The restaurant chain is planning to expand its footprint with new outlets and aims to bring diverse Malaysian flavours to international markets.
As part of its anniversary, all Sepiring laksa dishes will be available for RM12 from now until Nov 3 for selected sedapZ members.
Customers can also enjoy promotions that include up to 50% off on popular dishes such as pasembur and D24 Durian Pancake.
Sepiring has eight restaurants located in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
