A READER enquires about the shelf life of his stash. P. Ong has kept the following bottles upright on his shelf for many years and wants to know which ones he can continue to keep: a 30-year-old Jules Sabourin dry white wine, two 15-year-old bottles of Benedictine DOM liqueur, two 10-year-old bottles of Hennessy VSOP, a 22-year-old bottle of Wincarnis, and a two-year-old bottle each of St Joseph and Harvest Lane.
Jules Sabourin: This is a generic white wine and should have been consumed within a year of purchase.
