One OK Rock band leader Toru Yamashita has Covid-19

The frontman of Japanese rock band One OK Rock, Toru Yamashita, 31, reportedly had contracted Covid-19.

As reported by oricon.co.jp, the guitarist was rushed to the hospital and subjected to a Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test after waking up with fever and chills on Monday (July 27) morning. The day after, the band’s agency, Amuse, announced that Toru had tested positive for the disease.
