Sasi The Don aims to inspire Malaysians with latest project

Malaysian singer Sasi The Don's latest project, This Is Malaysia, is aimed at highlighting the importance of meaningful collaborations in order to become a progressive nation.

Supported by the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia, the song, composed and performed by Sasi The Don, features local talents including Nina Nadira, Eddie G, and Marissa Kee.

This Is Malaysia comes with a one-hour documentary that highlights popular Malaysians who have made the country proud. Among them are singer Manbai, national athlete Shalin Zulkifli, fashion designer Melinda Looi, entrepreneur Iqbal Ameer and "Teddy Bear Doctor" Dr. Madhu Sudhan. It can be viewed on www.thisismalaysia.org.

“Through this track and documentary, my vision is to inspire the rakyat to create conscious collaborations that support living in harmony with each other and their environment," he said in a statement.

The reggae artiste added that he wants this campaign to be seen as an example of what Malaysians can achieve if they work collaboratively with a joint goal in mind, regardless of industry.

This Is Malaysia is currently available across all music streaming platforms.
