Thai actress Due Arisara recently opened up about the horrific physical and emotional abuse she suffered at the hands of her ex-boyfriend Benz Daemon, who is currently a key suspect in the macau888 illegal gambling website case.

In a viral Facebook video posted Wednesday (Feb 8), Arisara – whose real name is Arisara Thongborisut – tearfully shared photos of the injuries she sustained after being abused for almost two years.

At one point in the video, which has received over 3.3 million views, the 32-year-old actress accused her ex of pouring a bowl of hot noodles onto her head in the presence of his family.

To make matters worse, she claimed that no one in the family came to her rescue.

"I don't understand how he can still live happily? Over the past years, I have lost faith in life and lived in fear.

"I hardly sleep at night and feel frightened whenever I walk past someone who's only raising his arm to touch his hair," Arisara said, adding that she had to consult a therapist to deal with the trauma.

As translated by The Bangkok Post, the World Of Himmapan star also admitted that she used to find her life worthless. However, she said that she isn't going to let her trauma hold her back and will be taking legal action against the abusive man.

"In the past, I always felt that life was meaningless. But today, (I am) not that person anymore. I will ask a lawyer to review the time frame and legal aspects regarding physical and mental abuse I experienced," she explained.

In a Facebook post in January, Arisara accused her ex – whose real name is Chaiwat Kachornboonthaworn – and his three brothers of operating an illegal online gambling site.

Following the announcement, police seized several assets belonging to Benz and his brothers. Authorities also raided his condo and warehouse in Bangkok but he was nowhere to be found. It is reported that he flew to Hong Kong before the bust.
