Malaysia is indeed an ideal vacation spot for Hong Kong celebrities.
Over the past months, we have seen stars like Andy Lau, Ruco Chan and Chapman To dropping by for a holiday. Some actors such as Philip Keung and Dickson Lee also have properties in Penang.
In a more recent update, TVB actor Bosco Wong was spotted at a bak kut teh restaurant in Kepong, Sin Chew reported.
In a Facebook post on Monday (March 13), a TVB fanpage shared a picture of Wong posing with fans at a bak kut teh shop.
The 42-year-old actor was dressed casually in a black tee and black knee-length shorts with a cap to match.
The post has since amassed over 13,100 likes and 370 comments, with many netizens welcoming the actor to KL. Some fans were also hoping to bump into the Flying Tiger 3 star if he was still in the city.
Meanwhile, a few also pointed out that he must really love Malaysia as he often drops by.
Wong was spotted in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur earlier this January for vacation. According to Nanyang Siang Pau, he owns four properties in Malaysia worth over tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars.
"I always fly to Malaysia! There are many new properties. I always like to invest in properties. I already have a few there," he told the daily.
When asked how many units he would like to buy, Wong responded: "The more the better. If it's a good one there is no reason not to buy."
A filial son, the Forensic Heroes 5 star added that some of his properties will be given to his mother to stay during her travels here.
