At concerts, fans sometimes throw gifts (from soft toys to underwear!) and letters onto the stage for their beloved artistes.

But American singer Pink (pic) got the shock of her life when a fan threw a bag of their mother's ashes onto the stage. Yes, ashes of their deceased mum.

Pink was performing at the British Summer Time Festival at London's Hyde Park over the weekend when it happened.

The 43-year-old singer then picked up the bag, looking perplexed.

"This is your mum? I don't know how to feel about this," the Grammy-winning artiste said in a video uploaded on TikTok.

Pink then placed the bag at the front of the stage and continued her set, singing her hit single Just Like A Pill.

On June 18, US singer Bebe Rexha was hit in the face and injured by a handphone that was thrown from the audience at a concert in New York City.

Rexha was taken to a hospital after the phone hit her. The singer assured her fans she's OK. "I'm good, yeah, I'm feelin' alright,” she sang in a TikTok video, which is a line from her hit, I'm Good (Blue).

Police said a man was arrested after the incident.
