Brad Pitt might still be going strong with actor Paul Wesley’s estranged wife, Ines de Ramon, but he’s still “B”-ing careful about the relationship.
The Babylon star, 59, “isn’t rushing anything,” an insider told Entertainment Tonight, noting Pitt is “very careful and intentional about who he dates.”
“He likes to ease into things and let things grow naturally,” said the source.
The Academy Award winner’s measured approach aside, he and de Ramon, 32, “are still seeing each other and having fun. They enjoy each other’s company and have similar interests. They’re both creative, like to travel, and are happy being low-key.”
Last month though, de Ramon – the Vice President of Anita Ko Jewelry – was seen sporting a necklace bearing Pitt’s first initial, prompting some to think it’s a nod to the actor.
While it’s not entirely clear when the pair started dating, they first sparked rumours last November, just two months after de Ramon split with 40-year-old Wesley of Vampire Diaries fame.
Sources at the time told People that Pitt and the exec “have been dating for a few months.” While an insider close to the actor confirmed the two had “recently started dating,” other outlets said they were just friends.
The next month, they were spotted on Pitt’s birthday, and again ringing in the new year in Cabo.
Wesley filed for divorce in February, citing “irreconcilable differences.” He and de Ramon share no children.
As of late July, Pitt and de Ramon were reportedly “going very strong” and “spending a lot of time together,” a source told People. – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
