At 60 years old, Hong Kong superstar Donnie Yen maintains a remarkable strength that defies his age.

In a recent Instagram reel, Yen flexed his strength by lifting 40kg dumbbells with ease. The action star completed 10 reps without breaking a sweat.

"No posts for awhile, let's get started!" he captioned his video.

At press time, Yen's video amassed over 57,800 likes and counting. Many netizens said they were amazed by the actor's strength.

"Donnie Yen is really a fighter. I'm a huge fan," one netizen commented.

"My man is 60 but he doesn't age," wrote another.

"The next John Wick is here!" said another Instagram user.

Yen occasionally shares his fitness routine on his social media accounts. Earlier in March, the John Wick: Chapter 4 star posted a photo of himself doing what appears to be a roundhouse kick.

Last July, he uploaded a video of himself at the gym doing stretches and running on the treadmill.

It's unclear whether Yen's latest video is just him doing his regular fitness regime or if he's gearing up for another action movie, though many netizens speculate the latter.

On May 18, Yen confirmed that Ip Man 5 was in the works. According to Sin Chew Daily, the decision for a fifth instalment was made following the success of the previous films.

Yen is set to star in two more films including Flash Point Resurgence, a sequel to Flash Point (2007), and Misjudgement.
