TVB stars Kenneth Ma and Roxanne Tong recently shared the joy of their marriage with loved ones in Hong Kong by hosting a separate wedding banquet in the city.

According to reports, the luxurious yet intimate ceremony was held at a five-star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui on Jan 12.

Documenting the momentous occasion in a joint post on Instagram, Ma and Tong wrote: “Had a wonderful celebration party with our beloved relatives in HK. Many thanks to all those who helped out with the party.”

The post on Wednesday (Jan 17) was accompanied by several shots of the venue, decked in pastel-coloured blooms, and two photos of the couple posing together.

Ma, 49, looked dashing in his three-piece suit while Tong, 36, dazzled in a white low-cut gown.

The newlyweds also shared pictures of their wedding cake topped with mini figurines of a unicorn and horse – Tong and Ma’s favourite animals respectively.

Now that wedding celebrations have come to an end, Tong told Hong Kong media that she and Ma are open to starting a family, though it’s not a priority for now.

“We want to enjoy the world as a married couple first and wait until we are mentally and physically ready (to have a child),” she said.

Tong added: “Having children will also cost a lot of money. There are plans to buy a house, so we need to work hard and save money now.”

Ma and Tong tied the knot in a star-studded wedding ceremony in Koh Samui, Thailand on Dec 16, 2023.

The couple, who announced their engagement last January, has been dating for over three years.
