Hong Kong singer Alex To, 62, hopes to have a dragon baby with his 36-year-old wife Ice Lee.

To and Lee – who is a filmmaker – married on Nov 11, 2012. The couple have a seven-year-old son named Alex Junior.

The Cantopop star won't be deterred by his age to have a second child. After all, Hollywood stars such as Al Pacino and Robert De Niro, both in their 80s, have also recently became fathers.

"We tried (for a second child) the year after giving birth to our son AJ. We've also asked the doctor for advice, but now we'll just leave it up to fate," To said in a recent interview.

The Believe In Yourself hitmaker also revealed in the interview that he and his wife will not go through In vitro fertilisation (IVF).

As for the gender of the child, To hopes it would be a girl.

"If I have a daughter then everything will be perfect," the singer said.
