Renowned Hong Kong actress Charmaine Sheh has proven once again that she can rock any look, with or without makeup.

The 47-year-old recently left fans in awe after a photo showing her makeup-free face surfaced on social media.

According to China Press, a netizen encountered Sheh while on a flight back to Hong Kong and snapped a candid shot of her. The actress dressed casually in a beige hoodie paired with light blue denim jeans.

Even without makeup, netizens couldn't help but marvel at Sheh's porcelain-like complexion and perfect side profile. Many also expressed astonishment at the former TVB star's figure and youthful appearance.

"Charmaine looks 22 in that picture," said one netizen.

Another commented: "She's really a star. Even though it's a candid shot, she still looks good."

"She's in great shape and doesn't seem to age at all," said another.

Sheh, who made her TVB debut in 1998 after placing third in the Miss Hong Kong beauty pageant the year before, has never shied away from sharing glimpses of her natural beauty with fans on social media.

The award-winning actress once told a Taiwanese magazine in 2019 that hydration is key in maintaining a smooth and youthful complexion.

Sheh revealed that she drinks a large amount of water daily to help with detox and enjoys having carrot and apple juice too.

Additionally, the Queen Of News star uses beauty masks twice a day to keep her skin moisturised.

She also uses chilled spoons and refrigerated potato slices to combat water retention and dark eye circles.
