Hong Kong superstar proves that age is nothing but a number when he flaunted his toned body in an Instagram post.

The 62-year-old Heavenly King took to social media to announce his upcoming eight-city tour in China from July to September. Accompanying the announcement is a photo of Lau on stage wearing an unbuttoned green suit revealing chiselled abs.

The post has garnered over 20,000 likes with netizens showering the singer-actor with compliments on his youthful looks and well-maintained body.

Lau's youthful appearance is often attributed to his disciplined dietary regimen.

“Basically I’d eat wholegrain foods and a little boiled chicken, the whole year round,” he said in a past interview.

Another secret to his youthful looks? Lau has abstained from cold drinks for the past 30 years.

“Hot beverages are helpful for blood circulation and does not make you age," he said, adding that he does aerobic workout every day.

He also adheres to the "no food after 7pm" rule and stops eating when he is 70% full.

But like most of us, Lau, too, has his vice: coffee.

The affable artiste revealed that he drinks 20 cups of coffee a day in an interview last year.

Lau also said that he only drinks coffee when he is away from home as he doesn't want to be nagged by his family for his overconsumption of caffeine.
