Three Indonesian acts are set to perform at the Indonesian Music Festival in Kuala Lumpur on Aug 24.

Organised by Unusual Entertainment, the upcoming show – scheduled to take place at Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil – will feature performances by rock band Kotak, as well as singers Ifan Seventeen and Marcello Tahitoe.

Formed in September 2004, Kotak is a three-piece band comprising vocalist Tantri Syalindri Ichlasari, bassist Swasti Sabdastantri and guitarist Mario Marcella.

Known for hits such as Pelan-Pelan Saja, Masih Cinta, and Aku Yang Tersakiti, the group promises fans a memorable experience.

Fans of Ifan can look forward to experiencing his vocals live as he belts out tunes like Kemarin, Cinta Jangan Disembunyikan and Menunggu Kamu, among others.

The singer, whose real name is Riefian Fajarsyah, went solo in 2018 following his departure from the Indonesian pop group Seventeen.

Meanwhile, the multi-award winning Marcello will be entertaining fans with some of his greatest hits like Gak Kayak Mantanmu, Benci Tapi Rindu, Sorry Abis and more.

Marcello, who’s also a vocalist of the rock band Dewa 19, has six studio albums under his belt.

Tickets to the Indonesian Music Festival, priced from RM488 to RM188, will be available at https://my.bookmyshow.com/ from 2pm today (July 1).
