Malaysian actress Tan Sri Michelle Yeoh and her husband Jean Todt recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary.
To mark the occasion, Yeoh shared two photos on social media, accompanied by a caption that read: “Celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary.”
One picture featured a stone engraved with the couple’s names and their wedding date, July 27, 2023, while another captured them happily posing together in a picturesque garden.
Todt, 78, could be seen affectionately wrapping an arm around Yeoh, 61, as she held his hand.
The anniversary post drew warm wishes from celebrities such as comedian Ken Jeong, actor Harry Shum Jr and renowned director and producer James Gunn.
Fans also sent their heartfelt congratulations, wishing the couple more happiness for the years to come.
"Happy anniversary! Here's to many more happy days together!" said one netizen.
Another added: "Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness."
Yeoh and Todt are currently in Paris to attend the 2024 Olympics.
The Oscar winner recently urged the public to show love and support for the Refugee Olympic Team, which is made up of athletes displaced from their home countries.
Yeoh tied the knot with Todt, the former president of the International Automobile Federation, in Geneva, Switzerland, last year after a 19-year courtship.
The pair also held a round of celebrations among close friends and relatives in Yeoh's hometown in Ipoh and in Pangkor Island, Perak.
