Malaysian-born actress Jacquelin Ch’ng recently returned to her home country for a brief holiday, and she certainly made the most of her time here.
Last Sunday (Aug 18), Ch’ng, who’s based in Hong Kong, shared a short Instagram Reel documenting her durian hunting adventures in Kuala Lumpur.
In the video, the 44-year-old could be seen enjoying a Musang King, saying: “Returning to Malaysia, I must have durian. Ate three (durians). The flesh is so thick.”
Her post was captioned: “Saving my stomach for durian.”
Ch’ng, the daughter of late Malaysian businessman Datuk Bill Ch’ng Chong Po, was also spotted dining with her sister Mona in Kepong a few days earlier.
Many fans who recognised the TVB star quickly swarmed her for photos, which she eagerly obliged.
Dressed casually in a vermillion crop top and a pair of high-waisted jeans, Ch’ng was said to be humble and friendly.
One fan recalled: “I asked if I could take a photo with her and she immediately agreed. When fans praised her good looks and flawless complexion, she smiled and said thanks.”
Ch’ng made her acting debut in 1998 and is known for shows such as Brain Juice (2011), Iceman (2014) and Lost In Hong Kong (2015).
She married Taiwanese businessman Brian Yang in 2020 but divorced two years later due to irreconcilable differences.
