Liam Payne was removed from a hotel due to being “intoxicated” in the days leading up to his death.

The One Direction band member died after falling several stories from the CasaSur Palermo Hotel in Argentina on Oct 16, but sources say just days before the singer was “kicked out” of another hotel, Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires.

Payne was allegedly asked to leave “because he was being a nuisance and disturbing the other guests and appeared intoxicated,” according to insiders.

Buenos Aires Security Ministry communications director Pablo Policicchio told People the musician “jumped from the balcony” in his hotel room.

The autopsy report revealed that Payne had “internal and external” hemorrhages after the fall and the coroner said the 25 injuries outlined in autopsy were “compatible with those caused by a fall from a height. “The coroner also noted that the “head injuries were sufficient to cause death” and that none of the injuries suggest there was anyone else involved.

One Direction members Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik honored their bandmates with posts on Instagram. “I am truly devastated by Liam’s passing,” Styles shared. “His greatest joy was making other people happy, and it was an honor to be alongside him as he did it.”

Horan, who recently spent time with Payne said it’s “so fortunate that I got to see him recently. “I sadly didn’t know that after saying goodbye and hugging him, I would be saying goodbye forever,” he wrote. “It’s heartbreaking.” – New York Daily News/Tribune News Service
