Has Chinese actor Huang Xiaoming called it quits with his influencer girlfriend Ye Ke?
The 47-year-old recently sparked breakup rumours after deleting his Weibo post announcing their relationship on Nov 28, just two months after sharing it.
The move quickly became a hot topic on Weibo.
While some speculated that the couple might have split, others suggested that Huang removed the post due to Ye's decision to step away from social media.
On Nov 10, Ye denounced allegations claiming she attended a "celebrity wife training class" which was designed to help women marry into wealthy families by enhancing their social media presence.
The 32-year-old also rubbished accusations of demanding 270mil yuan in child support from Huang and said she has decided to step away from the Internet.
Last month, Huang expressed feeling "troubled and saddened". He then publicly apologised for Ye's controversial comments, including about Taiwanese singers Wu Bai and David Tao.
At the time, the influencer caught flak for labelling Wu's songs as "obscene" and describing Tao's Marry Me Today as "an embarrassing song".
"I'm really sorry. I'm very sad and regretful, but I don’t have a solution for this. I've seen all the messages that people have been sending me.
"I will definitely deal with my personal matters, and work hard at my job, filming more good movies for everyone. Again, I would like to say that I’m sorry," he said, as quoted by Hong Kong news portal Jaynestars.
Huang confirmed his relationship with Ye in a Weibo post Sept 19 following speculations about their bond.
The actor's love life has been a topic of interest ever since he ended his seven-year marriage with Hong Kong actress Angelababy, with whom he shares a seven-year-old son.
