Japanese singer-songwriter Aska will be making his debut performance in Malaysia on Feb 23 next year.

Scheduled to take place at Zepp Kuala Lumpur, the upcoming concert offers fans a chance to experience Aska, 66, in all his glory.

Since launching his career in 1979, Aska, whose real name is Shigeki Miyazaki, has released a string of hits such as Say Yes, Yah Yah Yah and Meguriai.

His breakout single Hajimari Wa Itsumo Ame, which sold over a million copies in 1991, catapulted him to stardom across East Asia.

In 1996, Aska, who was part of the popular music duo Chage And Aska, made history as the first Asian artiste to be featured on MTV Unplugged.

He more recently collaborated with renowned Canadian producer David Foster for the latter’s live show in Osaka, Japan, in June.

Tickets for the Aska Concert Tour 2025 – Who Is Aska!?, priced from RM380, are available via https://my.bookmyshow.com/e/ASKAKL25.
