Pak Wan cycles for the love of his country

Wan Hashim Wan Mahmood has cycled around Peninsular Malaysia eight times. He has made it into the Malaysia Book of Records four times for being the oldest and fastest Malaysian to cycle over 2,200 km around the peninsular.

But as he set off from his home in Kota Baru, Kelantan on Aug 8 for yet another long-distance ride, Wan Hashim, or Pak Wan as he is fondly known, was more excited than ever.
