Since he was “thrown into the deep end of cycling” nine years ago, Albertt Leong, 52, has become and advocate for the sport that he says is a good activity for the whole family.

It all began when a friend invited him to participate in a three-day, 500km cycling race from Kuala Lumpur to Johor Baru nine years ago. He was 40 then and had just picked up cycling for three months.
