THIS follow-up was prompted by the recent whom and which “controversy” first raised by Rajah (MOE, April 7, 2010). He quoted the following: “NEAC says in 2008 some 350,000 Malaysians were working abroad over half of which had tertiary education” (my underline), and said that whom should have been used instead of which. KengT (May 12, 2010) contended that the use of which could also be correct. Fadzilah Amin disagreed with KengT. I agree with Fadzilah Amin. (More later.)
