CAPPING off a year of bracing collaborations with award-winning international designers is Royal Selangor’s latest pewter ware collection, Vapour.
Injecting a modern spin into an age-old metal, industrial designer Nathan Yong tailored a selection of everyday objects: tea caddies, bowls and vases that meld function and visual appeal. Each object is characterised by its ribbed-pattern facade and the varied combination of pewter with walnut wood, Volakas marble (from Greece) or resin.
