Versace’s former Miami mansion sells for RM134.5mil at auction

US business group beat out two other bidders to be the new owners of the palatial home outside where the Italian couturier was slain 16 years ago.

ONE of America’s landmark homes, the Miami Beach mansion that once belonged to Italian fashion designer Gianni Versace, was sold at an auction yesterday for US$41.5mil (RM134.5mil) to a business group that includes the owners of the Jordache jeans brand.
