Time doesn’t wait for anyone

Every year is no different. As far as conversations go, someone will inevitably mention how fast time has flown by. And as cliche as that sounds, I feel somehow time has taken on a new warp speed, especially the last two months.

It’s become a bit of a standing joke between an old classmate and I - every Christmas, I would wish him well and remind him to ‘smell the roses’ as he’s juggling so much all the time.
