At an authentic traditional multi-course dinner, known as Kaiseki, guests were transported to gastronomic heaven by what was curated and served by Michelin-starred Master Chef Takuji Takahashi for Ushi at The St Regis Kuala Lumpur.

Seeing his hands dexterously and expertly preparing the dishes in front of our eyes made the whole experience all the more unique. Polite and charming, he took the trouble to explain what he was serving and how best to enjoy it to the fullest.
