GuocoLand Malaysia’s Best 2 campaign offers more savings and rewards

Emerald 9 in Cheras, KL, is one of the many GuocoLand Malaysia properties under the Best 2 campaign.

THOUGH it is necessary for us to practice social distancing right now, that doesn’t mean we can’t have some fun and excitement in our lives.

That said, GuocoLand Malaysia hosted its first digital grand draw event as a culmination of its BEST campaign last Sunday, and the event was broadcast live on the group’s social media page.

The campaign, in conjunction with the Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), was rolled out to reward buyers with prizes worth a total of RM250,000.

The BEST campaign, which stands for Buy with Ease, Save and Treasure, automatically qualified purchasers of GuocoLand Malaysia’s developments who have successfully bought their respective properties between Sept 1 and Dec 31 last year.

The BEST grand lucky draw was originally scheduled for the first quarter of this year but was postponed due to the movement control order.

In consideration of the health and safety of the homebuyers, the group took the initiative to create a safe digital platform for the lucky draw to accommodate all the homebuyers. Moving forward, the group will continue to utilise digital technologies to engage with customers as a new norm.

To recap, the original top prizes for the BEST campaign were an 11-day trip to Alaska, a trip to Australia and trips to Sabah.

However, due to the disruption and travel restriction caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, GuocoLand decided to substitute all travel packages with RM50,000 and RM16,000 cash, RM30,000 worth of property rebate voucher, RM25,000 worth of DeGem voucher, and a MacBook Pro laptop.

“We at GuocoLand Malaysia deeply appreciate our buyers and this four-month campaign is our way of saying thank you, ” said GuocoLand Malaysia executive director Andy Chua.

“The overwhelming response to the BEST campaign has shown that despite the challenging market, people are still buying homes from an established developer with good environmental concepts, attractive sales packages and supported by government-led initiatives.”

Due to the good response to the BEST campaign, the group will be launching the BEST 2, The BEST is Now Better! campaign this August – with better savings, better rewards and better lifestyles.

“During MCO, we launched the GLM Got U campaign with easy purchase incentives for new buyers and to help existing buyers manage their cash flow with the moratorium on payments until Aug 31.

“We will continue to care and assist our buyers, be it to own new homes or upgrade to better homes with discerning lifestyles.

“We also seek to uplift customers’ buying experience and reward our current buyers by initiating the BEST 2 campaign, ” said Chua.

The BEST and BEST 2 campaigns are valid for the following participating properties. To know more about the packages, homebuyers can dial the following numbers:
