#Star50: Star Education Fund recipients on how scholarship changed their lives

The 4,000 alumni are based in Malaysia and other countries including the United States, United Kingdom, China, Indonesia and Singapore.

Receiving the Star Education Fund scholarship in 2011 was truly “life changing” for 28-year-old account manager Calvin Tee.

“The scholarship changed my life in many meaningful ways. I am a firm believer in education being the key to success, and the Star Education Fund provided me with the opportunity to pursue my tertiary education and equip myself with the necessary knowledge to add value to the workforce and to society,” shares Tee, the eldest child in his family.
