When Orbi Bitraj sees weekend crowds now flocking to Phoenix-ville, Pennsylvania, the United States, on summer nights – some stumbling upon his corner Italian restaurant for the first time, others arriving in groups for reserved tables – he feels an immense sense of gratitude.
