Diners can look forward to a curated buffet spread that features authentic Malay dishes prepared with the finesse and creativity that Siti Li is known for. From iconic Cekodok Comel, Laksa Johor, Rendang, Nasi Kahwin and Soto Ayam to mouthwatering kuih, each dish is a celebration of heritage and flavour.

In addition to that, there will be special featured dishes like the Mandy Lamb and Siti Li Nasi Lemak, a crowd favourite hand-wrapped in banana leaf. Nostalgic raya edition cookies, tarts and serunding will be on sale.

The Berbuka Bersama buffet will be available at both Ben’s Bangsar Shopping Centre and The Restaurant located on Level 1 in Asia School of Business from March 16 to April 7.

A feast of flavours

As the blessed month of Ramadan is here, Anantara Desaru Coast Resort & Villas is introducing its exclusive Ramadan buffet – Citarasa Tradisi, featuring mouthwatering South-East Asian dishes. “Citarasa Tradisi” means traditional flavours.

Throughout the fasting season, Anantara Desaru Coast is transforming their signature restaurant Turmeric, known for its Thai-laysia cuisine into a specially designed Ramadan buffet by the resort’s culinary team led by the executive sous chef Gary Ekar.

The culinary team will be showcasing their favourite family recipes from the different states in Malaysia and also signature dishes from around South-East Asia.

Stimulating the taste buds, chef Gary has meticulously selected popular but enhanced dishes, including Udang Masak Lemak, traditional Bubur Lambuk, Lamb Briyani, Tom Yum Goong and a selection of fresh seafood.

The Citarasa Tradisi buffet at Turmeric restaurant will be served daily from March 13 until April 9, 2024.
