Jimin of BTS was only recently appointed global ambassador for Dior. Now, his fellow band mate, Suga, has been named as the face for Valentino.
The appointments come after BTS ended its ambassadorship with Louis Vuitton as a group.
Suga joins Valetino‘s group of ambassadors, called Di.VAs, an acronym which stands for "different values".
"Suga is a multifaceted artiste; he is an interpreter and uses his talent and his work to express himself with energy and authenticity. He perfectly embodies everything that DI.VA.s testimonials stand for: diversity, inclusivity, creativity and passion," said Valentino's creative director, Pierpaolo Piccioli, in a statement released.

"All individuals have different dreams and values. maison Valentino and creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli have been supportive of diversity which is something that I also believe in," added Suga.
Soon after, Big Bang's Tae Yang was announced as the ambassador for Givenchy.
“Taeyang is an inspiring artist – a music pioneer with an authentic, barrier-breaking way of expressing his own personal style, which fits perfectly with today’s Givenchy aesthetic,” commented Matthew Williams, Givenchy's creative director, in his statement.
