Two of Luminox’s popular series have new models for fans looking to add to their collections.

Luminox x Bear Grylls

The Luminox Bear Grylls Survival ECO 3720 Series – NO PLANET B is the latest addition to the Bear Grylls and #tide eco-friendly range.

The collaboration combines Luminox’s precision watchmaking and Grylls’ adventurous spirit with the innovative Swiss company #tide providing recycled ocean-bound plastics for the production of sustainable watches, thus championing environmental conservation.

With each watch, approximately three 500ml plastic bottles are removed from the ocean.

Grylls says of this outdoor watch series: “When it comes to reducing harm to our wild places and natural environment, we need to be the change we want to see.

“I am so proud to partner with Luminox on our new ECO Series watch, leading the way towards a future without plastic.”

It is estimated that more than eight million tons of plastic trash end up in the ocean.

The latest release in the ECO series builds on the success of the partnership between Luminox, Bear Grylls and #tide.

As the most sustainable timepiece in Luminox’s portfolio to date, the ECO 3720 “NO PLANET B” is a symphony of recycled elements.

The strap and case are made from 100% ocean plastic collected in partnership with #tide.

The plastic waste is broken down into base particles, treated, cleaned and shredded so that they can be injected, just like its original plastic counterparts.

This way, Luminox reuses the plastic waste found in oceans, hence reducing the material’s impact on the planet while helping local communities most impacted by ocean pollution.

The 42mm case of the ECO 3720 “NO PLANET B” has the mantras “Every second counts” and “Never give up” engraved on its back, alongside logos of Luminox, Bear Grylls and #tide.

The strong and emotional message “No Planet B” is visible on the dial and serves as a stark reminder of the seriousness of our environmental crisis and the need to make drastic changes starting today.

And, of course, this quartz watch is equipped with the Luminox Light Technology tubes in orange and green that ensures visibility in all light conditions 24/7.
