The mark of a successful collaboration between two brands is being able to appeal to two, or more consumer bases.

Whether it’s your regular celebrity-fashion team-up or the less-than-usual kinds, there are always interesting collaborations to look out for in the style sector.

Childhood throwback

Evoking a sense of playfulness in a unique collaboration, the Fendi x Chupa Chups lollipop holder is definitely an eye-catching one.

Blending craftsmanship and irony, the accessory created in collaboration with Chupa Chups is a unique piece which made its viral debut on the Fendi Women’s Autumn/Winter 2024 runway, adorning numerous looks.

Conceived by accessories and menswear artistic director Silvia Venturini Fendi, the adjustable lollipop holder is available in the form of a charm – attached to bags as seen on the runway – or as a necklace.

Tribute to a new generation of talents

The Disney x Balmain limited edition collection celebrates the 30th anniversary of The Lion King. Designed by Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing, it offers ready-to-wear designs and accessories for men and women, finding inspiration in Africa’s artisanal traditions.

The collection is a clear continuation of Rousteing’s fascination with African craft and artistry. This theme defined his Paris Fashion Week runways since the discovery that his birth parents were originally from Somalia and Ethiopia.

This collaboration also shines a spotlight directly upon a new generation of young African talents, including South African painter Nika Mtwana, Cameroonian painter Enfant Precoce and South African painter Cassius Khumalo.

These artists’ works were creatively incorporated into the collection, which features signature Balmain silhouettes and impressive embellishment and tailoring skills.

Wild energy

Brazilian footwear brand Havaianas brings to life four themes in a new collaboration with Dolce & Gabbana.

Echoing some of the most iconic prints by the Italian luxury fashion house, they include the wild and classic energy of the Leopardo print and the black and white of the Zebra feature on the “Classics’” models.

Each product features a printed velvet finish on the straps, a metallic Havaianas logo and an exclusive pearly pin from Dolce & Gabbana.
