Travellers planing to fly Malaysia Airlines can now book flights on Facebook. The national carrier has launched MHchat, a feature which enables passengers to make travel arrangements and pay through Facebook Messenger.
The chatbox, a partnership with travel technology company Amadeus, is the first of its kind for travellers in the country. MHchat employs artificial intelligence and is designed to mimic human conversation.
