If you are looking for a new back-to-nature adventure to check out, head to Perlis.

Located in the northern state’s popular Gua Kelam, ClubRock Perlis is the country’s first rock climbing base camp and eco-adventure hub. Occupying more than 2,000sq m of space at the Gua Kelam attraction in Kaki Bukit, ClubRock offers various adventure activities such as rock climbing, caving and jungle trekking.

It is scheduled to open in January next year, to coincide with Visit Perlis Year 2024.

Visitors can opt to stay the night in one of the rooms or premium camps at ClubRock, or just come for a day visit.

“ClubRock Perlis aims to put the state on the map of world rock climbing. Our mission is to create a space for education, development, community growth, and exploration,” said Datuk Nellsen Young, executive chairman and group CEO of MyUS Group of Companies, at a launch event in Kuala Lumpur recently. The company is the operator of ClubRock Perlis.

There are various levels of rock climbing at this attraction – even beginners and first-timers are welcome to try their hand at the sport here. Children as young as seven years old can participate in the climbing activity. Visitors will be guided by an experienced crew during their climbing adventure.

Besides the adventure stuff, visitors can also enjoy other recreational activities including cycling in the padi fields, and having a picnic by the waterfall.
