THE newly opened Popcity precinct of Penang Times Square offers shoppers trendy streetwear from e-commerce retailers, along with several entertainment options.
Located on Level Three of the mall’s Phase One, it currently has half a dozen pop-up stores run by online fashion bloggers, a game zone with archery combat and inline skating, as well as a cafe and hang-out lounge.
