MP wants government to revoke acquisition plan for area in JB

JOHOR BARU: Johor Baru MP Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad is asking the government to revoke the acquisition plan for the Kim Teng Park (KTP) neighbourhood here.

Shahrir said the government must be fair to the residents because he did not see the urgency or demand for the area’s redevelopment that the land had to be acquired so soon.
