Jointly organised by F&N Beverages Marketing Sdn Bhd and Penang Island City Council (MBPP), the campaign which ended on Aug 14, saw students from 11 preschools, 33 primary schools and 28 secondary schools collect items such as aluminium cans, plastic bottles and papers.
For the campaign, the total weight of items collected per school is divided by the school’s student population, and the highest average weight recorded per student for each school wins the prize.
