MORIB Beach, a popular picnic spot in Selangor, has a significant role in history as it was where 46 soldiers from the Indian Army arrived during World War II.

The soldiers then facilitated the landing of the 3rd Code of the Indian Army to which the Japanese Army eventually surrendered to on Dec 15, 1942, in Kuala Lumpur.
