KUCHING: The state government will come up with a new housing policy to help the lower-middle income group buy a house.

Housing Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg said those earning from RM3,000 to RM5,000 did not qualify to buy a low-cost house but could not afford houses priced from RM350,000 and above.
